Registration is handled through the Kingdom of Atlantia’s official event system. Pre-register online; on-site registration is available at the door (cash or check only).

Notes on Pricing

  • SCA members receive a $10 discount on adult registration. Members: bring your membership card to Gate.
  • Feast is an add-on to any registration type and is capped at 300 attendees. If feast is sold out at pre-registration, on-site feast is unlikely to be available.
  • Children ages 0 to 5 attend free, including feast.
  • The camping fee is per person, not per campsite.

How to Register

Pre-Registration (Recommended)

Pre-registration takes place exclusively through SCORES, the Kingdom of Atlantia’s event registration system on sca.org. You will need an SCA account to pre-register.

On-Site Registration

On-site registration is available at Gate for day-trip and feast registrations. On-site payment must be cash or check only. Credit cards are not accepted. Checks are payable to “SCA, Inc., Kingdom of Atlantia.”

Cancellation and Refunds

Event refund policy per the Kingdom of Atlantia Exchequer:

  • Feast refunds are provided only if the feast spot is resold to another attendee.
  • Other fees may be refunded at the discretion of the Atlantian Council of the Exchequer.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) no later than five (5) business days after the event.
  • All refunds are paid by check from the group checking account.
  • No refund will be issued until event books have closed and all reservation checks have cleared.
  • No refund will be issued if the event has not made a profit.
